Change: The current hero says "We Are Here to Help Make You a BETTER Leader, Individual, and Entrepreneur!" That speaks to individuals, which fits Unmask by Design, while the rest of the page sells project management. The new headline speaks to organizations, names your real differentiator (connecting people and process), and names your two audiences, schools and businesses. The black background, blue accent, and logo carry over from your current brand.
Change: Replaces "too many emails" and "piles of paperwork." Those pain points attract buyers looking for an assistant. These describe problems a leader would pay a consultant to solve.
Most organizations don't have a strategy problem. They have an alignment problem.
Good plans launch with energy, then quietly fade.
Departments work hard but not together.
Talented people leave, and exit interviews don't tell the full story.
Everything runs through a few people who can't keep up.
Morale is low, trust is thin, and no one can name exactly why.
No documented system, so work breaks when someone's out.
Change: The current site lists Project Management, Business Solutions, and Event Management as equal services. This reorganizes LaFew into three practice areas, puts the new culture service at the center, and connects Unmask by Design as the coaching arm. Event Management is folded into Operations (or removed if it's no longer a priority).
Three practice areas, one goal: an organization that works the way it's supposed to.
Agile project management, process improvement, and clear standard operating procedures, so your team spends less time firefighting and more time delivering.
We help schools and businesses understand how their people truly experience work, then build and implement a practical plan to strengthen trust, communication, and performance.
Leadership and career coaching that helps individuals understand their strengths and communication style, and lead from who they really are.
New section: The culture and climate service gets its own section on the homepage and its own full service page. The four phases show buyers exactly what they're paying for.
Culture is what your organization is. Climate is how it feels to be there every day. When the two drift apart, you see it in turnover, low morale, conflict between teams, and good initiatives that never stick.
We combine people-centered insight with disciplined project management, so culture work leads to real, measurable change, not a report that sits on a shelf.
Surveys, focus groups, and leadership conversations show what your people are actually experiencing.
We turn findings into clear priorities and a realistic action plan your leaders own.
Workshops, leadership coaching, and structured project support put the plan into practice.
We measure progress, adjust course, and equip your team to keep the momentum going.
Led by a former school principal and a certified project manager and self-discovery coach. You get a team that understands the realities of leading people and knows how to turn a plan into lasting change.
Change: Replaces the industry list (Healthcare, Medical Cannabis, Education, IT). Each panel uses the language that audience already uses. Medical Cannabis is removed unless you still want that work.
Leading a school means caring for staff, students, and families at the same time. We help you build a climate where all three can thrive.
Our team includes a former principal who has led this work from the inside.
Growth, change, and leadership transitions put pressure on culture. We help you keep your people engaged and your strategy moving.
Experience across healthcare, information technology, and growing small businesses.
New section: Consulting clients hire people. The current site shows you only through one testimonial. Add professional photos and fill in the highlighted placeholders for your partner.

Change: One testimonial isn't enough proof for an organizational buyer. Add two or three more testimonials and at least one short case study, ideally one from a school and one from a business. Your partner's principal results can be the first school case study.
New section: Blueprint 2 Career shows your self-discovery work at scale and builds credibility with schools. It's currently invisible on LaFew.
LaFew & Associates, through Unmask by Design, is a founding partner of Blueprint 2 Career, a three-year program that helps middle school students discover their strengths and explore careers in the skilled trades.
We designed the self-discovery curriculum at the heart of the program, helping every student understand their strengths, interests, and communication style before choosing a path.
